Route, Secure & Protect

Lineman® designs & manufactures pre-galvanized (GI), Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) & Powder Coated Perforated Cable Tray & Cable Ladder System that provide the utmost convenience and reliability to route, secure & protect power, telecom & instrument cables. Automatic high-speed special cable tray machine is dedicated for producing around 4,000 m of cable tray in a day.

Cable tray; perforated & ladder type with straight sections, supports & fittings are available in various sizes according to the required application & installation environment.

Typical fittings include bends, elbows, tees, crosses, and risers. These fittings are available in various radii and bend angles as per requirement.

Expansion joints are provided where necessary to compensate for the thermal expansion or contraction due to temperature changes.

Manufacturing & Testing

Our cable tray design & manufacturing process is thoughtfully built to produce the cable trays that exceed customer’s expectations for visual and functional performance. After the design is finalized with the customer, we source the finest quality steel sheets that are inspected before manufacturing starts. The manufacturing process is monitored at every step to produce the best quality product. Before the Trays are subject to Hot Dip Galvanization (HDG), inspection of all welded joints & cleaning of flux is performed. After the final checks the cable tray assembly is dipped in the molten zinc, resulting in coating of all surfaces, as well as all edges, holes and joints.

Installation & Commissioning

Installation services for cable trays along with cable laying & termination services are available for further convenience of the customer.
